What role do you think your business plays in supporting a more creative community?
Music is a very important part of any community, singing and sharing my music with the community, I believe, helps to make a difference, providing joy and harmony to those who come to hear me sing. A community that provides a vehicle for artists to be creative and share their work is a community that is invested in the future, a community that encourages new artists to step up and encourages members of the local community and beyond to be a part of something great.
What was the last video you watched that made an impact on you?
The last movie I saw was Rocket Man, the life story of Elton John. The movie clearly illustrated the struggles of this amazing, legendary artist. Elton John is one of many examples that has proven, that with the support of family and friends combined with determination, dedication to constantly improve and hard work an artist can realize the fullness of his or her dreams. Music is my life, I'm dreaming out loud!
What’s the one thing people would be surprised to learn about you our your business?
I wrote my first original song, Like That Night, when I was 14 years old while living in Watertown. This song was written to honor all the first responders during the Boston Marathon Bombing.
