The Rainbow Times
Boston based and award-winning, The Rainbow Times was founded in 2006 and has become New England's Largest LGBTQ newspaper. TRT has the most solid social media platform than that of any other LGBTQ pub in New England, with almost 35K followers altogether and still growing. You can find The Rainbow Times via its e-blast, The Pony Express, FaceBook, Twitter, Tumblr, Pinterest, and Instagram, among others. TRT Talk Radio, our signature podcast will be coming back to add to TRT's media powerhouse. The Rainbow Times advertisements produce results. The print (and online) publication and other special projects are seen by thousands throughout New England. With actual newspaper boxes throughout the region, no other publication ensures definitive spot locations in their distribution area, as TRT does.
TRT is the proud producer of the New England Pride Guide and New England Pride Map each year. From 2017 on, TRT will engage in event creation, now boasting two Cruises in 2017 whose ticket whole sales will go to benefit non-profits. Since its inception, TRT has given monetary and in-kind donations to hundreds of organizations in New England.
The Rainbow Times’ story and photo coverage are well documented via its website (with 2.4 million hits each month) and its social media presence. Some of the most historical photo coverage throughout the years can be seen via its FaceBook Photo Albums. [TRT is still in the process of updating this post. Stay tuned for more!]
